WHAT THIS COVERS
This policy covers the RC Built Job Desk, a private tool Kingdom Bookkeeping, LLC built for one client, RC Built, LLC, to price fence jobs and track how jobs turn out. It is not offered to the public.
WHAT INFORMATION THE TOOL READS
With RC Built's permission, the tool connects to RC Built's QuickBooks Online company and reads:
• Invoices and credit memos: dates, numbers, customer names, amounts, balances and job descriptions
• The Profit and Loss by Customer report: income and job costs by customer
The tool only reads. It does not create, change or delete anything in QuickBooks.
WHERE IT IS KEPT
The information is copied into a Google Sheet owned by Kingdom Bookkeeping, LLC and shared only with people RC Built and Kingdom Bookkeeping authorize. Google stores it under Google's own security practices.
HOW IT IS USED
• To price jobs, track jobs won and lost, and measure what each job kept after costs
• For RC Built's own bookkeeping and planning
It is never sold, rented or shared with anyone for marketing.
HOW LONG IT IS KEPT
For as long as Kingdom Bookkeeping provides services to RC Built. When that ends, the copy in the Google Sheet is deleted or handed to RC Built on request.
DISCONNECTING
RC Built can disconnect the tool at any time from its QuickBooks Online apps list. Kingdom Bookkeeping can also disconnect it. After a disconnect the tool stops reading new information.
